Conquer the Pokémon TCG Pocket Lapras EX Drop Event: A Comprehensive Guide

The Pokémon TCG Pocket Lapras EX drop event brings exciting new cards and variants. This guide covers everything you need to know to maximize your rewards.

Event Duration:

The Lapras EX event runs from November 5th to November 18th, 12:59 a.m. Eastern Time.

Getting Started:

Update your Pokémon TCG Pocket app to the latest version.
Navigate to the "Battles" tab and select "Solo."
Choose the "Lapras EX Drop Event" category.

Battles and Challenges:

The event features four battles of increasing difficulty (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert), each with unique decks and challenges. Rewards include first-clear bonuses and chance rewards from repeated battles.

Event Hourglasses:

Event stamina is consumed per battle and replenishes every 12 hours (max 5). Earned Event Hourglasses refill stamina instantly.

Optimal Deck Strategy:

A Pikachu EX deck is highly effective due to the increased damage against Water-type Pokémon in the event battles. Consider using Helioptile/Heliolisk or Magnemite/Magneton lines for lower rarity challenge completion.

Promo Pack Rewards:

Promo Packs contain one card each: Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, and Lapras EX (new variant). Lapras EX boasts 140 HP, Bubble Drain (80 damage, 20 HP heal), and a 3 retreat cost.
