Pokemon Go will soon kick off Mega Gallade Raid Day in time for the new year

Get ready for Mega Gallade's debut in Pokémon GO's Mega Raids! A special Raid Day is planned for January 11th, offering a chance to encounter a Shiny Gallade.

This exciting event coincides with several bonuses. From January 10th to 11th, the Remote Raid Pass limit increases. You can also snag up to five extra free Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs, and there's a boosted Shiny Gallade encounter rate in Mega Raids.

For an enhanced experience, a $5 Event Ticket offers eight additional Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs, increased Rare Candy XL drop rates from Raid Battles, a 50% XP bonus, and double Stardust from Raid Battles.

A Mega Gallade Raid Day Ultra Ticket Box will also be available for purchase in the Pokémon GO Web Store for $4.99 (or local equivalent).
