Pokémon GO's March 2025 Community Day Lineup and Beloved Buddies Event Details

Fuecoco Ignites March's Community Day

Get ready for fiery fun! Pokémon GO's March Community Day kicks off on March 8th, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (local time) featuring Fuecoco, the Fire Croc Pokémon. Expect increased Fuecoco spawns and boosted Shiny rates.

Evolving your Fuecoco to Skeledirge (via Crocalor) during the event week unlocks the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn. Skeledirge can also learn Torch Song, regardless of the event timeframe.

A special Timed Research event runs concurrently, offering a Fuecoco encounter with a Seasonal Special Background and further boosting Shiny odds. Complete the tasks by March 15th, 2025, at 10:00 PM (local time).

For $2.00, a special Community Day Research ticket provides three Fuecoco encounters (with Seasonal Special Backgrounds), Battle Passes, and Rare Candies. Gift this ticket to friends with Great Friends or higher friendship levels.

March and Beyond: Community Day Dates Unveiled

Pokémon GO has announced Community Day dates extending through May:

• Saturday, March 22, 2025 (Community Day Classic)
• Sunday, April 27, 2025
• Sunday, May 11, 2025
• Saturday, May 24, 2025 (Community Day Classic)

Community Day Classic events revisit past favorites, like Ralts (featured in August 2019 and January 2025). The other dates will spotlight new Pokémon, yet to be revealed.

Beloved Buddies Event: Choose Your Path

The Beloved Buddies event, featuring Dhelmise, includes a Timed Research with branching paths led by Candela (Team Valor) and Arlo (Team GO Rocket).

Initial tasks reward Ultra Balls, Remoraid, and Mantine encounters. Choose your path for unique rewards:

Candela's Path: Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash.

Arlo's Path: Similar item rewards, plus a Pocket Radar and encounters with Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor.
