Clash Royale has finally unveiled the highly anticipated Evolution upgrade for the Inferno Dragon. After nearly a decade without an enhanced form, this fire-breathing Legendary card now gets a significant power boost. To celebrate this milestone, Supercell collaborated with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a special announcement campaign.

A Fiery Negotiation Unfolds!

Nine years after its debut, the Inferno Dragon stars in a fresh Clash Royale trailer featuring Ismo Leikola as its eccentric Hollywood agent attempting to secure more limelight.

The dragon character amusingly abandons its in-game duties to pursue bigger dreams in show business.

The playful promotional video showcases both the Inferno Dragon's personality and Leikola's comedic talent in negotiations at Supercell's headquarters.

The evolved Inferno Dragon introduces crucial gameplay changes - while the original version reset its damage ramp-up when switching targets, the new form maintains its increasing power level for more devastating attacks.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks New Clash Royale Season

The How to Evolve Your Dragon! season reintroduces the 2v2 League alongside the Inferno Dragon Evolution. Players can team up with friends or random partners to progress through the rankings.

Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer attractive rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.

Crown Chase events provide additional incentives, with the first offering a Battle Banner with frame/decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards, while the second delivers another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To highlight the new Evolution mechanics, developers have scheduled special game modes throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) with exclusive Battle Banner and Emote rewards.

Subsequent special events include Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16 allowing 4 Evolution Cards per deck), Magical Trio (June 16-23), 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30), and Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7 permitting 8 Evolution Cards per deck).
