Get ready! Smite 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the popular MOBA, launches its free-to-play open beta on January 14th, 2025. This marks a significant milestone for the Unreal Engine 5-powered game, which entered alpha in 2024.
This open beta isn't just about access; it's a substantial content drop. Alongside the launch, players will welcome Aladdin, the first God from the Tales of Arabia pantheon, a Magical Assassin and Jungler with unique wall-running and lamp-trapping abilities. The nostalgic return of several fan-favorite Gods from the original Smite – Mulan, Geb, Ullr, and Agni – is also confirmed, each boasting updated skill sets.
