Find Lyonchyk Sprat in Rookie Village (Cordon region). He'll initiate contact near the village center. His initial attempt at joke-telling will fall flat, leading to his request for your assistance.

Agreeing to help begins the quest. Lyonchyk instructs you to climb to the attic of a nearby house (you'll see a ladder near the bonfire) and wait for his signal.

Delivering the Joke
