This location lies north of the Cement Factory base and east of the Slag Heap base. You'll need to navigate a partially constructed building. Be warned: the climb involves traversing narrow concrete beams and a PSI anomalous field that inflicts ongoing damage. Carry ample medkits and consider frequent quick saves to mitigate the risk of falls.

Ascending the Cage Building: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Ascend the initial concrete stairs to the first floor.
2. Proceed along the right-hand path, crossing a narrow beam to reach the stairs leading to the second floor.
3. On the second floor, leap across the gap and follow the narrow right-hand path.
4. Traverse the beam, jump another gap, and reach a rusted metal platform.
5. Utilize the ladders to climb the platform, then use the stacked boxes to access a narrow passage.
6. Carefully cross the narrow concrete path and the connecting beam to the center.
7. Identify another concrete beam with a pole on its right. Cross this beam and jump onto the adjacent platform. Use the stairs to reach the third floor.
8. Finally, jump the gap, crouch under the beam, and use the stairs to reach the roof.

The SEVA-D suit is located in a blue stash at the roof's edge. Don't forget to collect the limited-edition energy drink and the PDA containing valuable resources.
