Netflix Games welcomes the narrative-driven action-adventure title, Thirsty Suitors, soon to be available on its platform. Already released on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Steam, this unique breakup simulator offers a blend of turn-based combat, cooking, and skateboarding.
Developed by Outerloop Games and acclaimed with a 2022 Tribeca Games Award and multiple nominations (including the 2024 New York Game Awards and GLAAD Media Award), Thirsty Suitors is set in the 1990s and explores themes of culture, relationships, and self-discovery.
Players engage in turn-based RPG battles against their exes, utilizing a mood-based combat system to exploit weaknesses. Beyond combat, the game features skateboarding through the town of Timber Hills, performing tricks, and cooking South Asian-inspired meals to mend relationships, particularly with the player's mother.

Outerloop Games' Chandana “Eka” Ekanayake will participate in a Games for Change Festival panel (June 27th & 28th) discussing representation in gaming. The panel also includes Matt Korba and Matt Daigle (The Odd Gentlemen), Caitlin Shell (Brandible Games), and Leanne Loombe (Netflix).
Thirsty Suitors will be free for Netflix subscribers on the App Store and Google Play. For updates and more information, visit the official website or follow Outerloop Games on X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube.
