World of Warcraft's Patch 11.1 will automatically convert leftover Bronze Celebration Tokens into Timewarped Badges. This conversion, at a rate of 1 Bronze Celebration Token to 20 Timewarped Badges, will occur upon players' first login after the patch's release.
The 20th-anniversary event, concluding on January 7th, allowed players to acquire Bronze Celebration Tokens used for purchasing various items, including revamped Tier 2 sets. Any remaining tokens will now be converted to prevent wasted in-game currency. Blizzard has confirmed no future use for Bronze Celebration Tokens.
This automatic conversion is detailed in a forum post by WoW community manager Linxy. The conversion ratio mirrors the exchange rate offered during the event itself.
While a specific release date for Patch 11.1 remains unannounced, February 25th is a strong possibility, aligning with Blizzard's recent update schedule and considering the ongoing in-game events. This means the conversion will likely occur after the conclusion of the second Turbulent Timeways event (ending February 24th). Timewarped Badges, the converted currency, can be used in Timewalking events, with no planned removal of purchasable rewards. Players are urged to log in after Patch 11.1's launch to claim their converted badges.
