Hotwiring Mechanics in Project Zomboid
Successfully hotwiring a car allows operation as long as fuel and condition permit, even without the correct keys. However, Level 1 Electrical and Level 2 Mechanics skills are required, unless you choose the Burglar profession at character creation, bypassing these skill checks.
