The company Royal Petrol LLP owns and operates fueling station networks under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.
Program - a customer loyalty initiative for both new and existing patrons of the Royal Petrol fueling stations and Continent mini markets. Through this program, the Company, at its discretion, rewards Members for purchases by awarding bonus points (Bonuses), offering special discounts, and providing tailored promotions based on participant interests.
Rules - the official terms and conditions for members of the loyalty program.
Participant - an individual aged 14 or older who is legally permitted to make minor everyday transactions and is registered in the Program according to the Rules. Only individuals with a valid identification number issued under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan may become Participants.
Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) - personal information provided by an individual wishing to join the Program during registration. By submitting the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily grants the Company explicit consent to process their personal data (in accordance with Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Their Protection"). Processing methods include organizing and conducting promotional and informational communications via email, instant messengers, SMS, phone calls, and postal mail, as well as automated and electronic data processing, including database creation. This consent remains effective until formally withdrawn in writing by the Participant.
Virtual Card - an electronic Card generated within the Mobile Application, with no physical form.
Site - the Company's official website at https://www.royal-petrol.kz, which provides details about the Program.
Mobile application – Royal Petrol software designed for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms. The Company holds ownership of the Mobile Application.
Bonus points (Bonuses) - reward units awarded by the Company when a Participant buys goods at Royal Petrol stations under Program terms. Each Bonus point equals 1 (one) tenge as defined by the Program. Bonuses are redeemable only for purchases within the Royal Petrol station network.
Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) – a record in the Program Database tracking accrued/used Bonuses and the Participant's current balance.
