How to Complete The Lost Shipment in Brighter Shores

In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family needs your help recovering a lost shipment of crucial weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.

Quest Start:

Locate Brannof Hall's dining room (near Brannof Boulevard, accessible from the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him a second time to receive both clues.

Quest Completion:

Before proceeding, remove any Town Guard gear to avoid suspicion. The quest involves two separate investigations:

1. Captain Shirker's Lead:

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast area of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in the Town Square.

He'll point you towards "The Illusion," requiring you to impersonate "Sam" (who has a monobrow). Obtain a monobrow from the hairdresser on Old Street West (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).

2. The Hooked Hand Lead:

Inquire at The Hooked Hand (near Eel Street). You'll be directed to the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

This requires a Level 25 Fishing skill to catch a Fetid Flounder. Write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper – found on Lord Brannof's desk), place it in the flounder, and give it to the Fishmonger. Hide nearby to observe the buyer.

Follow the Furtive Stranger to Monab Row. Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove any Guard gear). Identify yourself as "Sam" to gain entry. Defeat the Level 30 thief in combat to retrieve the plumbatae and complete the quest.

Return the recovered weapons to Brannof Hall to finish "The Lost Shipment."
