Sunborn's Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, a free-to-play tactical RPG for PC and mobile, incorporates gacha mechanics. A common question among players is whether the pity system carries over between banners. The answer is: yes, it does.

Does Pity Carry Over Between Banners in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium?

Your pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will transfer to the next.

For instance, during the global launch, the simultaneous Suomi and Ullrid banners shared a pity counter. Pulling on either banner increased the counter for both. If you were close to pity on the Suomi banner, you could switch to Ullrid and have a 50/50 chance of obtaining Ullrid immediately.

This applies to all future limited-time banners, confirmed by Chinese players on Reddit. The accumulated pity from banners like Suomi and Ullrid will transfer to subsequent limited banners.

However, pity does not carry over between limited and standard banners. You cannot use pulls on the standard banner to progress towards pity on a limited banner.

While the hard pity is 80 pulls, a soft pity begins around 58 pulls. After 58 pulls without an SSR unit, your chances gradually increase until you reach hard pity at 80.

This clarifies the pity system in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium. For more game tips and guides (including rerolling, tier lists, and mailbox location), check out The Escapist.
