Airtel Tribe: Your All-in-One Retail Management Solution
Airtel Tribe empowers retailers to efficiently manage both customer service and their Airtel accounts in one convenient application.
The Airtel Tribe app provides comprehensive customer service capabilities, including new customer registration, modification of existing customer details, SIM swaps, Mobile Number Portability (MNP) processing, airtime and bundle purchases, agent cash transactions (AM cash in/out), bill payments, and electronic value distribution (EVD)/AM transfers to other retailers.
Retailers can also manage their Airtel accounts directly through the app, accessing features such as profile viewing and editing, stock viewing, updating, requesting, and purchasing; sales hierarchy tracking; AM/EVD PIN resets and account unlocks; agent loan management; and banking services. The app provides detailed transaction history, commission information, and performance analytics on Airtel services. Self-service options and direct service requests to Airtel are also readily available. The app further offers access to training materials, surveys, and digital notices.
Supporting Airtel Africa's operations, the app is available in both English and French. Its user-friendly interface streamlines business management and enhances retailer productivity.
